I want modern buildings with lots of natural light and preferably large open spaces. The bathroom needs to be modern and have a tub, and the kitchen should be ultra modern. I need a living room that can entertain people as well. My budget is $3000-$4000 but if it doesn't have a lot of the perks I'd want to go to the lower end. I want in-unit washer and dryer and dishwasher. I'm open to most areas so long as they're not in Harlem or very high upper Manhattan. I want to be in lower Manhattan or the Upper East or Upper West Side. I also would avoid being very close to Times Square.
